Having purchased this book exactly three months ago, I've drawn a distinct conclusion concerning the material presented within. Healing Mind and Spirit: Wild Card Therapy takes a bit of practical understanding to ingest the amount of information given in such a little bit of space. The concept behind WCT does not seem to be so new even as it conjures up a fairly radical approach to such time honored healing. The cleansing process presented here appeals to me greatly. I have found myself using the techniques for core energy healing many times since first purchasing this book. What I have received from implementing WCT into my experience goes well beyond mere words as the benefits have been multiple for me. The size of this book is perfect for carrying around as I have been taking it with me everywhere in my jacket pocket. Having this ability has not only allowed me to share its contents with others, it finds me referring to its offering as often as needed. Another aspect of WCT that I enjoy very much is that the authors encourage the readers to not only learn the material presented here, they also recommend creating variations on this theme that I find refreshing compared to most other books found within this genre.
