An excellent book on the mind-body connection!

I came across this book by chance when shopping in a health food store. What a great discovery! I casually referenced a problem I was having with my body at the time and I was impressed with the symbolism behind my pain as well as the symbology behind the recommended herbs/supplements. It made perfect sense as these were the emotions/feelings I was battling with at the time! Sometimes I find myself reading it like a novel, not just a reference handbook! If you are a believer in the mind-body connection and how dis-ease is a manifestation of thoughts and feelings then this is a solid, concise book to own!!!
