Seedhouse promotes a well thought out theory of health and how it may be provided and perhaps measured. Keep in mind that 'health' is a subjective topic and what works for one may not work for another. It's nice though to read something by someone who actually has done a lot of work on the subject and has good ideas. It's worth reading.
