Healthcare Project Management, Third Edition: Predictive, Agile, and Hybrid Approaches

The third edition of Healthcare Project Management has been updated to include information from the Project Management Institute's PMBOK® Guide - Seventh Edition (2021) as well as information from the Sixth Edition (2017). It includes coverage of predictive/waterfall, agile/adaptive, and hybrid approaches to managing projects. A new running case focusing on an agile/hybrid approach has been added, including samples of a product vision statement, product roadmap, release plan, product backlog, user stories, burndown charts, etc. The bulk of the book is identical to An Introduction to Project Management, Seventh Edition.
