In Poppy, Colorado, a renowned madam, who is dying, informs Cason Murdock and Rosellen Lattimer the truth about the incident that ties their two families together forever. Fifteen years ago, two people robbed the local bank, killing the teller in the process. Rosellen's father, the town sheriff killed Cason's dad, who he accused of committing the crime. HELLION is brilliant we! ! stern romance due to the addition of an intriguing who-really-done-it. The story line is crisp and brings alive an era when females did not become sheriffs.
