This book has been wonderful. It has helped my husband and I relate to our teen (and when he was a pre-teen). It allows us to have meaningful conversations with him and give us a lot of strategies to interact as a family. I believe Annie speaks from experience and wisdom. She gives us the tools to work with our children to make them adults who can cope in society. She allows you to eliminate the frustration and shouting and to have a loving yet parental relationship with your teen. Thank you Annie for writing this book. I have only browsed through and read chapter 2 of the book at a bookstore, and it already made an impact on my understanding of how teenagers are. This book is what family dynamics is all about.
