Somehow I missed that this book is only 2" square, but the story is great and kids will love it. It really helps parents undertand that kids have irrational fears that sometimes can be overcome with just a little creativity.

This is the sweetest, funniest book ever! Little Henry is terrified that a cow will come through his window at night while he's asleep, and since his window is on the third floor, he's full of ingenious ways the cow could manage it. Funny and clever and not too long for a bedtime story!

I ventured into the local library when I was about 3 months pregnant with my daughter and went straight to the childrens section. After searching for what seemed like hours, I found Henry and the Cow Problem in a sea of books and quickly grabbed it. When I got home and got comfortable, I started reading this book aloud and, for the first time, felt my daughter kick. I renewed the book throughout my pregnancy and she reacted the same way each time I read it. To this day it is her favorite book!!! Wonderful writing and beautiful illustrations!!!
