A large tome for a LARGER man!

MOST biographies set up said person on a pedestal--a persona larger than life. If that is true of anyone, then indeed it is the moniker for Lawrence. Michael Korda's portrayal of him runs the gamut of ALL emotions. It is truly amazing that one man could literally be all the things he was, and the author's accounting of his life is both brilliant & exhausting. The photographs & maps are exquisite. Do not shy from the 700+ pages--you WILL be richly rewarded.
