I bought this book for my 8 year old daughter. The reading was easy for her, probably too easy, but she LOVED it. I enjoyed it because I was reading "Into Thin Air" by Jon Kraukauer for a book club and she was able to join in the discussion with us. It was a great way to introduce her to Everest and have it on her level.
