I truly liked this novel. Roderic was such a charming, gentle, arrogant and wonderful character and Flanna was beautiful and so unsure of herself that they made such a perfect match for one another. The book was alittle slow at times but overall it seemed to flow very well. Roderic is what made this book truly shine. Wow, what a hero. The ending seemed rushed to me but that did not hinder the story at all. Great read.

This novel was an excellent read! The intense action and passion kept me turning the pages well into the early morning hours! Roderic is charming, arrogant, kind, gentle, quick-witted, and passionate! Flanna is strong, passionate, uncertain, and beautiful! The characters are delightful and unforgettable! This novel by Lois Greiman is an absoluate must if you love historical romance with intelligent characters and a wonderful plot!

Highland Flame is without a doubt one of the best romance novels ever written. It is fast-paced, yet the beauty of the dialogue left me breathless, and wanting to visit the Highlands myself. The witty exchanges also left me laughing out loud. This is one book which will appeal to all who enjoy romance and wit all rolled in one. I for one am looking forward to getting my hands on the next book by lois greiman, and it will not be a moment too soon.
