This book is a facsimile reproduction of a 1908 book called 365 Dishes of All Nations by George W. Jacobs and Company. We at Duneroller Publishing found this cookbook to be both fascinating as well as still useful. While some ingredients aren't found in kitchens today - looking at you, squirrel - the vast majority of these look delicious. You will find all the favorites, from cookies and cakes to entr e's and appetizers, each of which is well over a century old, and probably much older. Bon Appetit
