I found this book to be very enlightening with lots of practical everyday common sense. We tend to get so caught up in day to day activities that we forget that people have real issues and need real answers. I've found I can use some of Casey's examples and apply them to my own day to day interaction with family and friends. Casey has taken a situation that devastates many people and turned it into a great life learning experience, keeping positive along the way. I found myself saying, "I can do that; and I can do that too". I'd recommend this book to anyone wanting a better outlook on life's challenges.
