I have read Mr. Pankua's book, "How To Make A $100,000 A Year As A Private Investigator". I have found it to be an excellent resource of information on marketing, promoting, and operating an investigative agency. Mr. Pankua has been there and done it. He speaks from experience and I for one am grateful that he has chosen to share his wealth of knowledge and experience on this subject. I would highly recommend this book to anyone starting up or operating a private investigative business.

I owe a private investigators agency in Puerto Rico since 1997.The book is a great source , In fact Im going to read it again during these days.It s not a miracle book you have to print your cards dress descent , get a pager or cel phone and go promote yourself.The ways he explain for negotiating an investigation are very useful.Also the $250 rate for deposit or start price is very reasonable for us and client.The aproach for a lawyer "give me your worst case..." its a good phrase to get a lawyers atention definetly you will always get a case or at least a" I will call you".You have to buy the book , you will receive a bunch of profesional guidelines in many aspects .

Ed's book has quite a bit of insight on the extra efforts one should be putting into their Investigative business. Building a customer base is not an easy task, but Mr. Pankau has put forth some excellent examples of gaining new clients that have worked for me. If you are new to the Investigative world, or are an experienced Investigator looking to build your business, YOU NEED TO READ THIS BOOK.
