This is a great book for beginners in the merchant services industry but there is a "How to Survive and Thrive in the Merchant Services Industry II" now and it is less than 20 dollars on the website surviveandthrive.biz I really liked the book when I began years ago in this industry it had great overview of the industry and ways to market. I would say no matter what it is worth every bit of twenty dollars.
