He is kind to everybody he meets and he wants the entire world to know that he is kind even when his incessant barking gets his neighbors upset. He argues that he barks to say "hello" and "how do you do". He argues that being kind is also being respectful and that he shows respect to his parents, his teachers and to all his friends and implores everyone to always do good and to be kind to everyone.
