Was not disappointed despite great expectations and curiosity

I was curious to read this book as I heard about it from a YouTuber/convert to the LDS church. He and his wife had been on a faith journey which included reading as many NDS stories as they could get their hands on (at least 10 years). It was this story that finally finished the wife and subsequently the husband to finally order a Book of Mormon and to visit an LDS meeting house. I finally got a copy and I can see why this book was the book that convinced them to take action and consider a church that they never would have even dreamed of doing anything with. This book was very well written and not preachy at all. Just an awesome story of a woman who learned about her nature and the nature of heaven and Jesus and many more things.

Jesus is Lord...but I am not a Mormon so I ended up not finishing this book.
It strayed to far from my theological views.

I recommend this book with great enthusiasm. I've read it through and am quite fascinated with her account of what she was able to remember in her Near Death Experience. It helps my testimony of how much Jesus Christ loves each one of us.

In this book the author tells of her experience when her spirit left her body, when she was in hospital with a brain hemorrhage. The sharing of this experience in the most careful and accurate way brings LIGHT and HOPE for all mortals. It talks about God's LOVE for ALL His children and about the agency of man. The author also discusses her life prior to and after this experience. She shares the messages and instruction she received during her out-of-the body experience. It will cause you to want to become a better person--more loving, more kind, more caring.
