I, the Killer

The fatal accident that killed David and Darien Howard is confirmed a double homicide while the disappearance of their child Eva an abduction. The Nassau County Sheriff's Office's Criminal Investigations Division (CID) found themselves in the middle of a 'panhandle' . Steve at his first assignment and his experienced co-investigator Melanie are trapped between their desire to bring justice to Yule and rescue Eva and to appease chief Jordan J who demanded a quicker solution of the crime. Steve overheard suspicious whisperings during the funeral of the victims that finally put them on the path of three suspects: Mr. Brown, David's boss on the list of Interpol; Yohanes the victims best friend; and James who since ever has been in love with Darien. The hunt brought Steve to Tirana, Albania, and with the help of Interpol caught Mr Brown who was accused of human trafficking. But is he the killer of David and Darien? Did he kidnap little Eva? Is Eva still alive? Does Yohanes' daughter know what happen to Eva? Melanie was sure she does. Is Yohanes really involved? Melanie, after questioning James, feels she's falling in love with him but she's aware that "An investigator can't fall in love with a suspect." Is James falling in love with her too? Will the two be free to love each other, or will James be convicted of the double murder and kidnap of Eva?
