This book is plain, very easy to understand, and also interesting, even for those who are not experts in this field. I obtained this book because I have the Seasonal Affective Disorder(SAD). But this does not have strategy in detail for those who have SAD only in the rainy days. I am just the person who has SAD in the rainy days. Does anyone have any helpful information for this type of SAD? Please contact me on my e-mail([email protected]).
