Wow, what a delight! As a consultant in the non-profit governance field in New Zealand I am always on the hunt for a concise clear introduction that covers the basics and grabs the heart and mind of the reader. This wonderful little book did it for me. To the auothors, you are just fantastic. This book attracts people who are at the absolute centre of not for profit governance. In New Zealand we don't have the focus on fund-raising and trustees giving to the organisation (we're a pretty welfare state down here), but outside of that I think this book should be one of the compulsory items in any new trustee/directors induction kit.
