It contains detailed display of law articles related to commerce, trade and exports among many others. It also includes the UCC, UCP, CISG, ... Without the supplement, the student will be missing a lot of recorded details about the transactions, the way they are implemented and the precedents. I would recommend to buy the same edition as the book you're using. I like it a lot.
