A great resource for beginning teachers

This book has a terrific way of getting little nuggets of useful information to students that would otherwise be bothering their teacher with, "What can I do NOW?" I found this a wonderful help in my reading/language arts program. There are ready to use lessons that are mostly student directed so that a teacher can work with another reading group independently. These projects are not confused with busy work in any way.
