I named this book 'It didn't make the Digest' after having sent numerous (and as yet unpublished) articles and jokes to that renowned magazine. It occurred to me that my life has been unusual enough that I could probably fill my own book, so here it is.The other option for a title was "Life with Dale" as it has been noted that "stuff" just happens anywhere around him. Our time together may be summed up by the phrase, "may you live in interesting times." I am told that this is considered a curse by some cultures. Well, blessing or curse, our life has been interesting with a British/American family, a flood, fires, snakes, and the odd naked man on the doorstep.
