Julio Melara is an outstanding author and his book is one of the most useful tools I have had the opportunity of reading and using. His step by step approach on taking responsibility for achieving the life we want is superb. Julio makes us realize that "we are totally responsible for who we become." Our environment, upbringing, school, etc. may contribute to our life but we are ultimately responsible for the choices that we make. Too often our society has allowed us to make excuses, hanging on to past failures.
