Huge bulldozers, roaring cement mixers, and a super adorable pup make this the perfect board book for construction-obsessed toddlers. Kids who love big, noisy machines can watch step-by-step as cute... This description may be from another edition of this product.
I bought this for my five year old nephew and he really likes it though he is really interested in trucks and building things.
You'll Dig It

If you like trucks (or even if you don't) you'll dig this book. It's a fun take on the original "House that Jack Built" filled with worker dogs and trucks and with a funny twist at the end. The pictures are awesome, and not your typical truck photos. Very fun for kids and their adults!
Great Illustrations and Words with Rhythm

With humor and a gift for writing descriptive vocabulary, Karen Magnuson Beil has written a delightful book for young children. The words have a wonderful beat and is fun to read aloud. This is the real story of how Jack's house was built and all the different trucks, equipment and materials that were used. Mike Wohnoutka's pictures are colorful and full of detail, right down to the flames on the pick-up truck and tools on Max's tool belt. This book is the best I've seen lately for young children and I can't WAIT to read it to my first graders this fall. The girls will love it as much as the boys because it is so much fun. I know my class will laugh out loud as I read the ending too!
