James William Middleton is the younger brother of Kate, Princess of Wales, and Pippa Middleton. He remained relatively private for many years but opened up publicly in 2019 about his battle with depression. "Not fully healed," James found a renewed sense of joy in life through the support of his loved ones, the companionship of his many dogs, and most notably, through his relationship with Frenchwoman Aliz e Thevenet, whom he met in London in 2018. The couple married on September 11, 2021, at Ch teau L oube in Bormes-les-Mimosas in the south of France. In 2023, James and his wife welcomed their first child, Inigo Middleton.
