At last it seems Gen Y understands irony! A genuinely disturbing and also laugh out loud funny missile that aims squarely for the shallow, brand obsessed teenagers that fill the media (and yes, I know not all teenagers are like that.) It joins the dots between 'fashion ditz' and 'sociopath' with grace, humour and some really dark moments. Please,please can we have more of this pointed, intelligent stuff, and less of the swoony...

This book truly entertained me. Jenny Green's Killer Junior Year by Amy Belasen & Jacob Osborn is a wickedly funny work of dark humor that had me laughing out loud. I haven't come across such fantastic and slightly sick wit since the movie Heathers. If you liked that, you must read this book. Don't be fooled..."Jenny Green's Killer Junior Year" is an excellent novel for teenagers AND adults. I'm 28 and I couldn't put it down. If Sophie Kinsella is too tame for you, you'll LOVE this book!

These authors crafted an awesome story and amazing character development. If you have a sense of humor and want to get actual entertainment from a book, look no further. I've been recommending the book to everyone!...except my old girlfriends from high school.
