Good summer at the beach reading !

If you are a woman who: has been in a relationship that has gone from happily-ever-after to unhappy, has been divorced with children, has been cheated on, or has just had your heart broken by some stupid guy - Then you will perhaps identify with this story. The secondary characters are interesting, the plot is intriguing & you might find yourself thinking of some of the painful things YOU would like to do to Mr. Dumb*ss.... I had read an excerpt of this story in a magazine & was glad that I went & found it to read completely....

I had read a brief part of this book in Redbook and definitely wanted to read the rest. I wasn't disappointed! It was a fun read!

Good Summer Read for the 40ish Crowd

I took a day of holiday to just read and relax... I bought this because the premise intrigued me. I started reading it in the late afternoon and found myself still up and reading at midnight. I couldn't put it down! It was sad, funny, and enjoyable. It's a good summer read. No, it's not for everyone, but it was worth the cover price to me! That's high praise from a librarian who is a cheapie and rarely buys books. Also, the Joe character is a bit like the Joe Morelli from the Stephanie Plum books. I wanted him to be a bigger character, but the glimpse was good! :)
