Extremely well written book.

This book is very well written and takes you on a journey, illustrating the transformation the author underwent by incorporating Yoga late in life and how it enabled her to evolove emotionally and spirtually through this commitment. She walks you through her real life trials and tribulations and shows how she emerged victorious through steadfast practice and dedication. Each chapter delves into the many facets of spirituality being practiced today and gives her own insights into each area covered. I found her possessing an uncanny amount of common sense and level-headedness, however I was challenged by her chapter on UFOs and aliens. Eventhough Marx's background is Jewish, this book speaks to all people of all kinds of spiritual backgrounds with the common theme of love and truth engendered throughout. It is a sure delight and I highly recommend it!
