Kelly Jo Froggit was born with the ability to see and talk to the dead; and they can see her. As if that wasn't enough to earn her fifteen minutes of fame on late night television she was also born into a long line of true witches. Now this didn't give her the power to twitch her nose and get her heart's desire. She can however cast a better than average spell and she can affect her surroundings; but she can't control it. Weird things just sort of happen whenever she gets stressed, and it almost always ends with disastrous or embarrassing results. Add to all of this uniqueness a quirky best friend and a grandmother that is still trying to micro-manage her time despite the fact that she died three years ago and you can imagine that her life up till now has been... well let's just say it's been interesting But despite her family, the ghost that try to get her attention at every turn and her originality Kelly is determined to find a place to fit in and have at least a small amount of normalcy in her life. After finding herself once again unemployed, and with a little friendly persuasion by her best friend, she just may be on the way to finding it; or at least as close to normal as she is ever going to get. A local ghost hunting group is interviewing for a new paranormal investigator. It sounded perfect. After all Kelly was literally born with the skill set to do the job better than anyone else in town. She imagined her business cards reading Kelly Jo Froggit paranormal investigator extraordinaire. All she had to do was smile, be polite, and above all stay calm. Then once the job was hers what could possibly go wrong?
