I wondered about their love story when so many of the Moroi seem to just be together because they were both royals and needed to make a good marriage.
Rhea is engaged to Stephen Badica, a party boy, but she isn't anything like that.
Eric is dating Emma Drozdov but he's really not that into her.
Eric is drawn to her and is enthralled with her golden hair that surrounds her like sunshine.
It makes me ever more surprised that he cheated on her with a showgirl and had Jill. But overall it helps add to the storylines and gives characters more depth.
