Peta Wilson has joined the ranks of television's new breed of kick-ass heroines in "La Femme Nikita," in which she brings an extraordinary mix of compassion, vulnerability, and tough-as-nails street-smarts to her role as Nikita. Revealing what brought Peta Wilson to television screens across America and just where this new star is headed, this guide goes behind the scenes of her hit show, discusses her costars, and includes complete episode commentary for the first three seasons of the series. The book also discusses the show's huge following on the Internet and examines some of the best--and oddest--sites devoted to Wilson and "La Femme Nikita,"
I love this book. The pictures, episode guide, facts about the star and her co-stars. It's an excellent guide to the first three seasons of the show. I do wish it would have had season four and five. Hopefully, there will be another book featuring the whole of the show. Pictures, all five seasons, actor backgrounds, character backgrounds, etc. But I do love this book.
If you love "Nikita", please read this!

As a La Femme Nikita fan from the beginning I always felt that the show deserved a lot more attention then it got. I got dissapointed in another book about the show but this one is fantastic.Connolly did a great job on it. It is full of trivia and facts that even the hardcore fan like me find surprising. The focus of the bio section is of course on Peta Wilson and she does a fine job on chronicalling her life in the section devoted to it. The other stars of the show get lesser treatment but these small things are well made up for in the reat of the book which includes: 1)Complete synopsis of each episode including all of the titles of the songs appearing in each episode. 2)Pictures of the real places that many of the episodes were filmed. 3)A comprehensive listing of the credits of all of the key actors 4)Brilliant analysis of the Nikita character as well as lot of the sub issues... A MUST READ FOR ALL FANS>>

This is an excellent book which not only features information on Peta Wilson but the rest of the talented cast as well. Roy Dupuis as Michael is in my opinion the real star of La Femme Nikita and this book contained some terrific photos of Mr. Dupuis that I had not seen before. You will also find information on Alberta Watson, Eugene Robert Glazer and the rest of the cast. The episode descriptions were excellent and I found myself shaking my head in agreement with every one of them. Great job, there is something here for everyone.

A very informative look into the life of Peta Wilson and the cast of 'La Femme Nikita' Up to date pictures and with the synopses of the first 3 seasons of the show. For anyone that had not seen the show from the beginning it is a very informative look into the workings of the show. I was also very impressed with the 'lingo' glossary that is included. It is thoughtfully laid out and with the pictures interspersed through the book makes it fun to browse.Including location shots and telling what episodes they appeared in and what scene made it seem that much more real. Thanks to the author for making this available to us.Karin Davies
