Double Fault, Game, Set and Match to Miss Mass

One can't help but sympathize with the protagonist of this quick read, Dr. Raymond Papst, as his successful career and well-off existence rapidly implodes through a series of seemingly non-conspiratorial events and actions. Once again Skarmeta succeeds wonderfully in not only creating richly believable characters who spring to life in one's mind's eye but he spins a plot which is highly believable, and at times quite humorous, despite the seeming improbability of the events which transpire to turn the protagonist's life topsy-turvy within the space of a two hour read. I highly recommend this one for a good summer afternoon's read.
