Land trusts can be used as a way to ensure your privacy, a means of avoiding probate, and an easy way to manage property. Land Trusts in Floridais the only book on the market for the state of Florida that explains this all-around great tool in user-friendly detail. Among the essential information included are all of the forms necessary to set up a land trust and explanations of all of the pertinent Florida and federal cases.
The forms on CD are invaluable. The book is written with clearity for those with some knowledge of trusts as well as those new to trusts. Mr. Warda also includes the actual Florida Trust Statutes which become understandable after reading the book! I set up my first Florida Land Trust with the first version of this book and it's forms. I would not be without the latest printing of Mr. Wardas' trust book in my real estate business.

Having read Land Trusts in Florida, I very highly recommend it to any reader, lawyer or nonlawyer alike, who is interested in owning real estate, in a manner that preserves one's estate, property and the ability to transfer one's property interests readily.I have had the experience to read Mark's earlier editions of Land Trusts in Florida and can absolutely assure the reader, lawyer or nonlawyer alike, that the 1998 edition is a great improvement over previous editions. It is just loaded with very vital information. It is very readable. Even to a nonlawyer --- like me.I cannot emphasize the important of buying this book at once, if you are interested in taking control of your interests in real estate.I am a nonlawyer. And yes, I am very much biased in favor of Mark Warda. When it comes to Land Trusts, he is, without exception, the foremost authority! You could pay a lot more, for a lot less quality of information!! If you can find a better, up-to-date book on the subject of Land Trusts in Florida, I have just one command for you --- Buy it!!You will like Mark's book. I know you will!! :)
