Simple, yet profound principles

Briefly, the three rules are: 1) Everyone contributes; 2) no put-downs; and 3) keep all agreements. Dr. Riley not only explains the value of these simple, yet profound rules, she also illustrates the impact they can have on any group trying to achieve harmony and alignment.
