This is one of the most thought provoking books that i have ever read. For the first time I understood the concept of necessity and how it drives our performance. I also learned the hard truth that the team you deserve and the results you should have in your life is the one that have NOW....whooops it takes big man(and woman you know what I mean) to handle that. To increase your impact on humanity change your thinking and start with Lee Thayer' "field guide" as he calls. I recommend it very highly Yusuf Ali Leadership practitioner in MN
