Probably the best of Phil Crosby's books that I have read to date. The Art of Becoming an Executive is a must read for anyone who is newly appointed to an executive role, is a manager, or aspires to the C-Suite. Crosby, in his folksy and easy to read manner, distills the major differences between the role of manager and executive using fictional stories and case studies.
