I was stressed out in a hotel room trying to find a job, apartment, etc., to relocate to another city. I happen to come across this book on a shopping venture and bought the book. It totally helped me make it through that stressful week. The book itself is one of the most beautiful books I've seen -- artwork, paper quality, readings. The various topics and practice tools are short and to the point which makes the resulting relaxation quickly achieved. I actually bought additional copies of this book and sent them to friends who were also going through difficult periods in their life. I highly recommend this book.
