Nicholas Again is the second in a series of five books about a young schoolboy who is amusing, endearing and always in trouble. Written by the author of Asterix, René Goscinny, and featuring witty illustrations by New Yorker cartoonist, Jean-Jacques Sempé, this book brings to life the adventures and exploits of Nicholas and his friends. Whether at school or at home, the children are caught up in a series of hilarious escapades that always result in confusion - at least for their teachers and parents. This classic book, still a best-seller in France more than forty years after it was first published, is now available in English to be read, reread and loved forever.
I love reading these entertaining little vignettes of Nicholas' days. Very well, if slightly literally, translated, and fun to read. The literal translation is helpful because I can read it in French, and then read the English version to catch what I've missed!

I have read the whole five first series of Nicolas in Spanish and recently there are three more came out. These three additional books are the ones that Rene's daughter found the scripts that were never published just few years ago. I recommend this book to everybody. Love every single episode in the books. I collect them in different languages: Korean, Spanish, French and English. Great book!

This is a great book. It is really funny. I liked it when Alec got expelled. It was funny when Nicholas got King the tadpole and then had to let him go. Then the park keeper said he was the seventh person to let a tadpole go today. I really liked this book.
