A book about hope

This is the first book I have read by Patricia Livingston, but it won't be the last. I meet regularly with a group of six women and we are using it for a book study. We love it. Livingston has many great quotes from spiritual leaders and also from just plain "folks", plus it is obvious that she has lived through pain and has overcome it.

Pat Livingston's first two books have attracted a loyal following. If you liked those, you'll love this one. The focus is on religion in everyday life. You'll learn a lot, especially from the humble examples from her own life. It's all insight and no preaching. You can't lose with this one.
