Forget the Secret and any other cliche self help books, this book gives you some practical advice instead of vague generalities. Its short and to the point, no need to read through lots of fluff. Each chapter focuses on a different aspect of your life and gives some specific things you can do to improve in that area. I even think it's better than the 7 habits of highly effective people book. Unfortunately though, this book will receive less attention than that book and the Secret.

This has to be one of the best motivational books I've ever read. It is short, to the point and funny (just where it needs to be). I would highly suggest this book to anyone looking to balance his or her life. I found the book to be extremely motivational.
