The info in this book is so critical for anyone who has ever been a patient in the US Healthcare system to be aware of. Recently my daughter was hospitalized and I asked that every nurse entering her room wash their hands before doing anything in her room. I felt that I had learned what questions to ask and what to look out for to keep my child safe and to help prevent secondary infections. Thank you Dr. McFadden for this wonderful lifesaving book!
