In this eye-opening, perceptive, and sure to be controversial book, Fillion smashes sexual stereotypes and exposes the truth about women's sexual behavior. Backing up her strong opinions with original research, interviews, anecdotes and critical interpretations of accepted statistics both old and new, Fillion presents a compelling argument that shows that women are not powerless victims in the bedroom, the boardroom or the workplace.
Women, like men, want to have a comfortable lifestyle, an attractive partner, and loving friends. What gets in the way of that is women's ideas that they can not date like men, can not work competitively like men, and must be the moral police to themselves and their friends.
A contrarian view on men, women, and relationships

Normally I don't read books about the differences between men and women because a lot of them tell people what they want to hear. Or worse, they're all variations on the same arguments: men don't listen, women want to cuddle, whatever. This book has another perspective: that men and women have far more in common with each other than pop psychologists would have you believe. They both can have issues with communication, power, sex, competition, jealousy, and manipulation, that sabotage their relationships with each other. In some ways, women can be their own worst enemy, overanalyzing relationships with men just as farcically as men can neglect relationships with women. And this book sets fire to the notion that women are better at relationships than men. In fact, Fillion argues, they're just bad at relationships for slightly different reasons while claiming "moral superiority." This book is not hostile towards women, but is instead intended as a wake-up call for those who think relationships are something that women understand and men accept. You don't have to agree with all of this book to find it thought-provoking, and I highly recommend it.

Finally a book that tells the TRUTH about women and dispels the myth of female moral superioriy. This book doesn't trash women, but shows how myths harm both men and women. Don't waste your time on ... "Men are From Mars, Women are From Venus," ...[Get] this book!

book is great, articulates aspects of female reality with surgical precision. I could go on and on, but I only want to say the book is excellent.

This well-written book provdes some amusing insights in female-female relationships, which most women would prefer to deny. Fillion's use anecdote to illustrate a series of broad points is funny and entertaining. A very enjoyable (and cringe inducing) read.
