Terrific for understanding soil management

My "flooding" problem is caused by neighbors - not hurricanes. An educated estimate has been given me of 800-1000 gallons of water per night. It is eroding my yard and I had no understanding of what was happening to the soil. Ms. Gilmer's book brought new data to my attention as well as possible landscaping plants to cope with this hideous situation.
