Very poetic and inspirational

I loved this book because she takes you through life's sometimes mundane and ordinary things we use our homes for and helps you see the poetry in it all. The concrete ideas are very sweet too, but I especially loved the experiences. It made me reflect on ordinary things in my own life, ie: the back door and think about what I really want my home to be like for myself and my family.

With all the decorating books out there, this one is one of the best. It goes beyond the typical ideas, allowing room for whimsy and individual creativity. I thought about my home in brand new ways and was truly inspired. Highly recommended!
