Much of the ingredients come from California. Listed as on of the one hundred best books on California cooking.

Reprint worth having

This is a reprint of an older book. It adds to the history of the region through food and it is hard to find an original. It is a fascinating and wide glimpse into recipes submitted to or obtained by the newspaper, LA Times.
