A friend gave me this for 24th birthday, which was shortly after I became a Christian. As someone starting from scratch, searching for answers and trying to find my way, I cannot thank Max Lucado enough for fulfilling so many of these needs. His information is based on scripture and he gives us stories we can relate to and then apply to our own relationship with Christ. If you're on the fence, go for it. I came here looking for it because I want to buy copies for my friends and family!

Max is so special. He explains, with exceptional clarity, about ones walk with the Lord. His "Traveling Light" is about the burdens we're not meant to carry. The Twenty-Third Psalm is the basis for this book and I am on my second reading. I think it's simply terrific! Thank you, Max!
