This story is a fast, quick read that takes you straight into the mind of a person with bipolar, depression, and anxiety in a way that opens your mind and helps release the judgment you may have towards those in your life that may be dealing with similar issues. Even better, it shows how the writer came out on the other side and is a healthy, productive person without medication. A story of hope for anyone living with these issues themselves or through watching a loved one. I highly suggest this book to everyone, regardless of your experience with depression.
