Most helpful in understanding each other

This book was recommended by my therapist and I have found it most helpful. It has helped create a platform for open communication (we read together) and has encouraged our working together towards a more pleasurable sexual experience for both of us. I find its simple "For him/For her" colums of information easy to use and compare male and female needs, reactions, desires, etc. to similar. Examples of positions are useful, and where not practical, at least provide some laughs that help set the mood.

It is a tasteful well-research healthy, informative, practical and yet very enterataining book full of colour photos. The main course in this delicious book is of course all the things about sex!! So as soon as you have boyfriend or girlfriend, it is a must-read book!!!! '(*^-^*)' It shows variations of positions, the pros and cons of each position, the differences between man and woman in sexual responses, the orgasms in both sexes, top 10 sexual fantasies, also correct misunderstand and solve sexual mysteries! Good information on contraceptive & sexual diseases. If I have daughters and sons I would definitely use the book to teach them when they are 8 to 10 years old!!! It is useful for people of all age in all stages of life, because it also cover the issues for senior citizens, those recovering from illness or during pregnancy...

The "Magic of Sex" provides an excellent guide to a greater understanding of all aspects of human sexuality. By taking the time to invest in this book you will increase your knowledge on the male and female anatomy and how to perform certain techniques that are sure bets for increased arousal. This book has greatly enhanced the intimacy that my wife and I share because of the knowledge we acquired from reading the "Magic of Sex."

I found this to be a a very nicely put together book. The terminology was pleasant - professional and not pornographic or biased in anyway. I would recommend this book over The New Joy of Sex any day. What a biased author/medical person Mr. Comfort is. I learned quite a bit from this book. I have been married 14 years and like variations. It is not just a book for beginners. Many of the positions we have already tried but there is still a few that with the descriptions given I believe could be an addition to our variety. I would rate this book as a 4 not perfect but very good.
