Michael writes this book on his boat trip with his wife in Canoe Country pictographs. It is a collection of rock art for many years. He draws maps for his field trips and points out the different sites what he sees. He uses computer to enhance the image for a clear understanding on the rock art. He consults Ojibwe and the National Park Services persons for advice and guidance so that readers can share his interpretations. Some were drawn from real animals, fishes, boat while some were abstract and unable to figure out. The Ojibwe tribes cover the large area between US and Canada. Readers can follow his path in this comprehensive guide to explore and experience. On page 32 he mentioned a sacred strange occupation for he invaded the sacred site without prayer and offerings.
