I have found this product a very useful tool to help me understand my self and my habit "procrastinating". I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to improve there thinking and descision skills. The only thing I found is this is not a quick fix, it takes time, but works. I Love the idea that it is audio and I can listen to it any where.

If only there were a magic pill to keep from procrastinating! Well, Joan Minninger does a great job of touching on a lot of different areas where progress is blocked and can relate them to our way of thinking and habits. She also does a wonderful job of helping "rewrite the manual" that our brains use to make decisions and create internal speak. I washed the dishes, cleaned the kitchen and the living room while listening to this audiobook. If you knew me, you'd know THAT is motivation!

Not only did I have the worst memory, but whenever I thought about doing something about it, I would procrastinate so much, I never got around to working on improving it. Well thank goodness my friend gave me this fabulous audio book. Author, Joan Minninger gives you the mind power techniques needed to improve your memory and conquer procrastination. My family has seen such a difference in me since I started following her techniques and I find that I'm enjoying each day more, knowing that I don't have any guilt from the chores that I've put off again and again. Listening to this audio book has enriched my life, as I have learned great mind power techniques to make my mind work for me.
